Obituary

Rodney Lee Buhrow, age 64, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away at his home on November 18, 2025, with loved ones by his side. He was born March 7, 1961, to the late, Dale R. Buhrow and Diane C. (Gehrke) Buhrow, in Oshkosh, WI. Rodney went to Oshkosh West High School and was later employed by Construction Solutions of the Fox Valley LLC.

Rodney lived with his loving partner, Gloria Everest and together, they shared many wonderful times fishing, loving their family and just enjoying each other's company. He loved fishing, hunting, late night fires, listening to music, spending time with his dogs- Cooper and Spike and quiet times with Gloria. He also loved to tinker with his truck too.

He is survived by his partner, Gloria Everest (Oshkosh); his sister, Tammy L. Buhrow (Oshkosh); brother, James (Robin) Buhrow (Beaver Dam); sons, Joshua (Hannahlynn Niemer) Buhrow (Marion) and Mikey (Trenity Peppers) Buhrow (Oshkosh); grandchildren, Aiden, Sophia, Chloe and Esmae; nephew, Chase (Cynthia) Beres; niece, Annalise (David) Poirier; and Tavian Peppers, who was like a grandson to him.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Lake View Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 2786 Algoma Blvd., Oshkosh, WI, 54901, from 11:30am to 12:30pm. A celebration of life is being planned for the near future. A private family funeral service and internment will be held at another time.

In lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate to the Cancer Society of America or to your local food bank in his honor. Rod was always thinking about helping the kids.

A very special thanks goes to the Ascension Cancer Center and their staff for the loving care they gave to Rodney, as well as Compassus Hospice for helping through his final days.

Rodney was a loving father, brother, grandfather, and partner. Without Rodney, the world is a sadder place indeed. He has left a void in the hearts of many, but he would want all to fill it with the love he had for you.

~Quiet, loud, loving and laughter was my brother. Without him, I know my world will be smaller, but I will hold hid last "I love you" and hug forever in my heart. I love you brother~
