Obituary
Roger W. Penzenstadler, 89, passed away on March 16, 2025. He was born on February 28, 1936, in Oshkosh, WI to William and Violet (Ewing) Penzenstadler. Roger graduated High School in 1954 and went on to attend UWO.
He married Virginia (Barton) on April 14, 1978, in Oshkosh, WI. Roger worked and retired from the Oshkosh Corporation as a Sergeant in the Security Office. He enjoyed coaching the Special Olympics, golfing at Municipal Golf Course, attending family gatherings, cook-outs and dining out with family and friends.
Roger is survived by his wife, Virginia "Ginger" Penzenstadler; daughters, Sue (Karl) Turner, Barbara (Harold) Paalman, Beth (Khrist) Caramanidis and Cheryl (Rick) Mueller; son, Pete Penzenstadler; stepsons, Brian (Linda) Konkel and Jeff Konkel; sister, Linda Penzenstadler; 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren and another due in May.
Preceding him in death are his parents, William and Violet; daughters, baby Jennifer and Cheryl Mueller.
Per Rogers' wishes, there will be no formal service at this time. A private family and friend gathering will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be considered for a charity of your choice in Roger's honor.
