Roland G. Miracle, age 65 of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday August 8, 2010. Rollie was born in Oshkosh on October 4, 1944, the son of the late William and Rose Rynar Miracle. He was a sales manager, and was employed by Klein-Dickert/ Omni Glass for 18 years and for ten years at Basler Auto. Rollie enjoyed spending time with family and friends and especially with his six granddaughters. Survivors include his wife Maxine Miracle, two sons, Brian Miracle and Christopher (Renae) Miracle, three granddaughters, Savannah, Sydney and Madison, stepdaughter Tricia (Brian) Novotny, three granddaughters, Stephanie, Elizabeth and Cassie, stepson, Eric (Heather) Hazen, four sisters, Joyce Steinert, Alyce (John) Little, LaVerne (Paul) Ulrich, Donna Matthias, one brother, Harvey (Nancy) Miracle, brothers-in -law, Chuck (Sharon) Meyer and Jeff (Michelle) Meyer, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by three brothers, William, Burton, Jimmy, and three sisters, Arlene, Lolus and Deanna. A Celebration of Rollie's Life will be held on Thursday August 12, 2010 at 5:00 pm at Fox Cities Funeral Home with Pastor Martin Ruge officiating. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Thursday from 3:00 pm until time of services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established. A special thank you to Dr. Mamoun Al-Nouri and his staff at Mercy Medical Center for all their wonderful care given to Rollie and his family through the years.
