Obituary
Ruth Felker Elliot, 87, of Oshkosh passed away peacefully on March 7, 2024 at her home. She was born on January 11, 1937.
She was an employee of Winnebago County for over 25 years, retiring in 2007 as airport Director of Wittman Regional Airport. She will be remembered for her passion for reading.
Ruth Ann had no children of her own but was second mother to many. She was compassionate, generous, and loved by all those that knew her. She will be greatly missed by her beloved cat, Ash, who was by her side to the end.
Per Ruth Ann's request, there will be no funeral services.
The family extends a special thank you to her niece, Aimee Hannan for all the care and support given to Ruth Ann at this time.
