Ruth Frey of Omro, Wisconsin passed away at the Omro Care Center on Tuesday night, January 05, 2010, and was followed by her beloved husband, August Frey on Wednesday, January 06, 2010, so that they could continue their 67 year relationship together. Ruth was born to Fred and Lydia Schneeberg on December 09, 1923 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. August was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on January 28, 1921 and married Ruth Schneeberg in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and recently celebrated 67 years of marriage. Ruth Frey had worked at various factories in Milwaukee, and August was a proud retiree of Briggs & Stratton in Milwaukee. August proudly served his country in the Coast Guard during World War II. August and Ruth are survived by their son and daughter in law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, many relatives and friends to numerous to mention. August and Ruth will be laid to rest together at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Milwaukee. No formal services are being held. The family would like to thank Omro Care Center and Heartland Hospice for the compassionate care given.
