Sandra L. Sell ( Hinz), age 52, of Oshkosh, died December 13, 2012, at her home surrounded by family following a short battle with pancreatic cancer. Sandy was born September 19, 1960, in Oshkosh, the daughter of Don and Betty Hinz. On March 27, 1998, she married Dave Sell. Sandy was employed by Mercy Medical Center for 32 years. Sandy enjoyed the outdoors where she spent her time tending to her beautiful gardens, watching wild birds, and having bonfires.
She also loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren.
Those left to mourn Sandy's death are her husband of 14 years Dave, her daughters, Jennifer (Brad) Barber, Melissa and Amanda Hardel all of Oshkosh, one step daughter Natasha (Brett) Bednark of Appleton, her siblings; Keith (Bev) Hinz, of Pickett, Lynn (Rhoda) Hinz, of Van Dyne, Gary (Wendy) Hinz of North Fond du Lac, and Sue (Greg) Peters of Omro. She is further survived by 6 brother in laws, Steve (Sylvia) Sell of Oshkosh, Ralph Sell of Watertown, Tom and Don Sell of Markesan, Keith Sell of Fairwater, Greg (Barb) Sell of Juneau, 2 sister in laws; Mary Weihert of Watertown and Chris Wolf of Fond du Lac, and 5 grandchildren.
Sandra was preceded in death by her father Donald Hinz, and her father and mother in law, Virgil and Helen Sell.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday December 22, 2012, at Fox Cities Funeral & Cremation Services, 3026 Jackson St. Oshkosh, from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the memorial service at Noon with Reverend James E.Reiff officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family has established a memorial at Citizen's First Credit Union.
