Sha Le Marie Phelps, age 24, of Oshkosh, passed away at Theda Care Regional Medical Center on Sunday, September 10, 2017. She was born in Oshkosh on April 26, 1993, the daughter of Susan Goggans and Keith Phelps. Sha Le graduated from Oshkosh West High School in 2011. She worked for Clarity Care in Oshkosh as a resident caregiver. Reading, camping, movies, and playing video games were among her favorite activities. Those that know her will understand her cows, Halloween and pink/purple camo. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Sha Le will be remembered for her caring nature and always placing others first. Sha Le is survived by her mother, Susan (Charles) Goggans of Oshkosh; father, Keith Phelps of Redgranite; grandparents: Roman and Kathleen Swan, and Lawrence Phelps; step-sisters: Jeanette Goggans, Kathleen Goggans and Sara Goggans, all of Arizona; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Alice Phelps. A private gathering in Sha Le's honor with family and friends was held at Theda Care.The family would like to express a special thank you to the Redgranite Emergency Service Unit, Redgranite Police Department, the I.C.U. and all who cared for Sha Le at Theda Care in Neenah.
