Obituary

Susanna M. Pintsch, age 44 of Oshkosh, went home to be with our Lord Monday April 26, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center, after a six year battle with breast cancer. She was born in Janesville, Wisconsin on March 22, 1966 the daughter of Herb Pintsch Sr. and Gladys (Gibbs) Meyer. Susanna graduated with honors from Craig High School in 1984. She later attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She was employed for 22 years at Oshkosh B'Gosh. Susanna was a sport fanatic; she loved watching and going to sporting events especially her favorite teams, Packers, Brewers, Badgers, and the Bulls with MJ. When the Olympics were on she would be glued to the tv. She enjoyed traveling with her best friend to places like the Caribbean Islands, San Juan, Barbados, Cozumel, Vegas, Hawaii, Alaska, Italy, Greece and Vancouver. Those who were fortunate enough to have met Susanna during her life are surely never to forget her. She took all that life had to give and made the best of every situation, something we should all aspire to. Susanna is survived by her father Herb Pintsch Sr. of Janesville, mother Gladys Meyer of Oshkosh, brother Herb Pintsch Jr. of Reno, Nevada, grandmother, Nellie Gibbs of Princeton, godparents, Linda and Allen Schultz of Princeton, her best friend, Terri Rugg of Oshkosh, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends at Oshkosh B'Gosh and Carters in Atlanta, GA, and not to be forgotten, her three loving cats, Miss Kitty, Sadie and Maxie. In accordance to her wishes, no formal services are being held.
The family would like to thank Dr. Karen Gremminger and her staff of nurses at Mercy Medical Center, nurses from 1st, 2nd, and 5th floors of Mercy and to Affinity Hospice for all the wonderful care and compassion given to Susanna and her family.
