In loving memory of Tammy Kivi, an Up North girl born to Arne and Judith Carlson on August 4, 1963

in Hayward, WI. She left her mark on the world on Saturday March 16th with her unparalleled capacity for love at the age of 60. Tammy was born and raised on a farm in Seeley; she knew the value of hard work and cherished the simple joys of life. With a heart as big as the great outdoors, Tammy loved her family and friends with a fierceness that defined her very essence. Throughout her life, she was a beacon of warmth and comfort to those around her, and always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a listening ear. She was also one for a good adventure.
As a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Tammy's legacy will live on through the countless memories she created with her family. Her laughter, kindness and unwavering love will continue to echo through the hearts of those who knew her. As her Grandmother, Myrtle Metcalf, would say, she was hippy and lippy. She was a quick-witted woman who was never short of a good comeback at any moment, and she was also remembered for her selfless nature. In Tammy's passing, we are reminded of the importance of cherishing the moments we have with our loved ones, and of the lasting impact that a life well-lived can have on those around us. Tammy may be gone, but her spirit lives on, inspiring us all to love with the same unbridled passion that she did. Rest in peace, dear Tammy. You will be dearly missed, but your love will forever be etched in our hearts.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Danny; children, Adeline (Nick O'Malley), Nathan, Carla (Dominic Costa); grandchildren, Caiden, David, Jaxon, Caleb, Killian, Amelia, and Declan who were the light of her life. She adored each and every one of them with a devotion that knew no bounds.
She was preceded in death by her loving father, Arne Carlson; her devoted mother, Judith Carlson, and brother, Greg Carlson.
The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider donating to New Reflections Pathway of Hope in Tammy's Name. The family will be having a private service.
