Terri Lynn (nee Grant) Texeira, age 49, of West Allis, formerly of Oshkosh, died Monday, November 9, 2009. Terri was born October 24, 1960, in Oshkosh WI. Terri was the dear daughter of James and Susan (Haidlinger) Grant. She was educated in the Milwaukee Schools and was a graduate of Juneau High School in Milwaukee. Terri had lived most of her life between Milwaukee and Oshkosh. She was an avid Green Bay Packer Fan and enjoyed doing crafts, country music, and making blankets. Terri was a good person who had a passion for helping survivors of domestic violence. She had worked as an Insurance Agent for AAA in Menomonee Falls. Family and friends fondly recall Terri as a loving daughter, mother, grandma, sister, aunt, and friend who enjoyed spending time with them all.

Terri is survived by her parents, James and Susan Grant of Oshkosh; her precious daughter, Amanda Texeira of Menasha; and was "Grandma Terri "to the apple of her eye, her only grandson, Dominick Texeira ; the love of her life, Tom Texeira of West Allis; brother, James (Rhonda) Grant of Milwaukee; sisters, Kathy Grant of Oshkosh and Michele Thomas of Omro. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Fox Cities Funeral Home from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the Memorial Service at 3:00 P.M. Terri will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated towards her grandson's education.
