Thomas "Tom" L. Mulvey, age 82, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2014. He was born in Oshkosh on January 16, 1932, the son of the late Lloyd and Mabel Mulvey. He was proud to serve in the U.S. Marines during the Korean Conflict. On May 23, 1953 he married his beloved wife of 61 years, Carol Davey. He retired as a therapy assistant at Winnebago Mental Health after 35 years. Tom was a greatly loved spouse, father and grandfather. Tom is survived by his wife, Carol; children: Tim Mulvey of Albuquerque, NM, Lorrie (Michael) Williams of Oshkosh, Linda (Carl) Bier Parkland, FL, Kelly (Jeanine) Mulvey of Punta Gorda, FL, Kathy (Charles) Williams of Oshkosh, Jennifer Kiefer of Oshkosh and Jodi (Jack) Helmuth of Carlsbad, CA; grandchildren: Carolina, Mathias, Hannah, Savannah, Lindsay, Sean, Bryn, Carlie, Jordan, Brandon, Emily, Christopher, Nick, Andra, Adam and Abby, great-grandchildren: Liam and Deklan; and brothers, James (Arlouene) Mulvey and Richard (Joyce) Mulvey. He was preceded in death by his sisters.A private funeral service will be held.We wish to thank Azura Memory Care for their wonderful, compassionate staff, and to Generations Hospice for their loving care.
