Obituary
Thomas G. Schneider, 72 of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at home in the early morning of October 23, 2023. He was born September 18, 1951 in Oshkosh – son of the late Sylvester and Arlene (Gaffney) Schneider. Tom spent many dedicated years at Leech. Tom enjoyed fishing, everything Harley Davidson, watching the Packers & Brewers, sipping a cold beer and his beloved dog, Charlie. His genuine and kind-hearted spirit will be greatly missed.
Tom is survived by his wife of over 40 years, Bonnie Schneider; two children, Tommy Schneider and Carrie Schneider; four step-children, Todd (Janet) Blanchette, Jodi Blanchette, Shannon Blanchette, and Heather (Doug) Schultz; four grandchildren, Tiffany Schneider, Mackenzie (Ian) Korsch, Elora Stacey (Tylor Losser), and Caine Stacey (Anna Werner); five sisters, Patricia (Bernie) Schneider, Gail (Neil) LaPoint, Mary True (Jim Setzer), Diana Cleveland, and Lisa (Jim) Rudolph; two brothers, Warren (Joanie) Schneider and Jerry Schneider, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Darryl Schneider and Michael "Mick" Schneider, a nephew Michael True, and son Donny Schneider.
No funeral or memorial service will be held. Tom's family would like to thank the staff at Compassus Hospice for their care in his final days.
