Timothy Dale Gaetzke, age 61, of Oshkosh passed away on Monday September 14, 2026, at home with family by his side. Tim was born on April 15, 1965, in Littlefork, Minnesota to Stanley and Yvonne “Kae” Gaetzke.

Tim graduated at Littlefork – Big Falls High School in 1983. He then went on to Hibbing Technical Institute and got a degree in Diesel Mechanics. He moved to Oshkosh in 1985 and on October 28, 1988, he married Jean Gutche. Tim worked for Ponderssa Pulp Papers and Amcor (AKA Bemis) of Oshkosh. Tim enjoyed hunting and working on old cars. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and taking small trips with Jean. Most of all, he loved spending time with family and friends.

He is also survived by his wife, Jean; son, Austin (Juila Tenor) of Oshkosh; daughter, Christina (Joe) Kerry of Minnesota; son, Eric of Oshkosh; daughter, April (Austin) Jackson of Oshkosh; grandchildren, Ryan Kerry, Quin and Owin Jackson; mother, Kae; brothers, Bernie (Roxy) Gaetzke of Redgranite, WI; Rocky (Sherry) Gaetzke of Weyauwega, WI; Brian Gaetzke of Redgranite, WI; and Mike (Sue) Gaetzke of Oshkosh, WI; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Stanley; sisters-in-law, Sandy and Debbie; and father-in-law, David Gutche.

Visitation will start at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 370 Bowen St. Oshkosh, WI, with service to immediately follow at 2:30pm. Rev. James Pemberton will be officiating.

The family would like to thank the staff at St. Elizabeth Hospital and the staff at Compassus Hospice for making Tim’s final days comfortable.
