Obituary
Timothy D. Oestreich, 48, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025. He was born to Julie (Wojahn) and Dan Oestreich on October 13, 1976.
Tim graduated from Oshkosh West and went on to learn Automotive Detailing in technical college. He later married the love of his life, Annette Swinton on June 29, 2013 in Oshkosh at Peace Lutheran Church. Tim worked at Winnebago Mental Health Institute as a custodian.
He enjoyed watching wrestling, going on vacations with his wife to many different states and areas. Tim also volunteered in the Police Auxiliary. He will be remembered as being a loving husband and for his thoughtful manner and good humor.
He is survived by his wife, Annette Oestreich; mother, Julie Wojahn; uncle, Tom Wojahn; aunts-in-law, Shirley (Joe) Perzentka and Ginny (Rueben) Borgardt; mother-in-law, Shirley Swinton; he is further survived by his best friend, Shawn (Kristin) Kolb whom he lovingly referred to as his "brother from another mother."
He is preceded by his father, Dan Oestreich; and sister, Rebecca Matthias.
A celebration of life will be held at Lake View Memorial Park, 2786 Algoma Blvd, Oshkosh, WI 54901 on Wednesday, June 11th, with visitation from 9am to 11am and services to follow.
Tim will be laid to rest at Lake View Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to your local Humane Society or the Police Auxiliary in honor of Tim.
