Obituary

Dr. Timothy H. Werner D.O. age 60, of Richardson Texas, died on March 10, 2013, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis TN with his "Say Ray of Light" by his side. Tim was born in Appleton on September 15, 1952, the son of David and Mary Werner. Tim attended Appleton East High School, graduated from Carroll College in 1975, and the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1979. While attending Chicago College he was a recipient of the National Osteopathic Foundation. Tim served in the USAF followed by service in the Texas State Guard attaining rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Tim married Sarah E. Schuffield-Werner in 2008.
In writing his own obituary Tim had these words to say about his family: "I was raised in a wonderful home with my parents David and Mary Werner. I have two sisters Martha and Amy. Amy is the gift God gave us as a three day old infant the gem of our lives."
Tim was loved and will be missed by his wife of five years Sarah, his mother Mary, his children; Clarissia, Brigitta, and Taylor, his siblings; Martha (Tom) Hoth, and Amy (Jeff) Werner. Tim was a proud grandfather to; Kaylie, Charlotte, and Rylan. Tim is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Jesse Weirnik, Elizabeth Nagle, Catrina Merritt, Emylee and Grady Butzlaff. Tim is further survived by his great niece Coraline Merritt and his great nephews; Dominic, and Drake Nagle, and Anthony Weirnik. The Schroeder brothers were his best friends and they will miss Tim.
Tim was preceded in death by his father David, his aunt Patricia Schroeder, his grandparents, and other family members.
Visitation on Saturday March 23, 2013, at St. Jude the Apostle (Sacred Heart Worship Site) 519 Knapp St. Oshkosh, WI., from noon until the memorial service at 1:30 p.m. with Father Bill Van De Kreeke officiating. The eulogy will be delivered by Brian Farmer a lifelong friend of Tim's. Dr. Timothy Werner donated his body to the Medical Education and Research Institute.
