Obituary
William R. Footit Jr. age 78, of Oshkosh died March 6, 2013, at home surrounded by his family. Bill was born on January 21, 1935, in Oshkosh the son of the late William Footit Sr. and Alice Peterman.
Bill married Joyce Holmes in Oshkosh at St. Mary's Catholic Church on July 6, 1957. Bill was a veteran of the United States Army.
Bill was loved and will be missed by his wife Joyce, his children; Sheri (John) Rasmussen of Oshkosh, and Paul Footit of Kimberly. Bill is further survived by his grandchildren Kayla, and Nicole Footit.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents William and Alice, and his brother Gaylord Footit.
Visitation will be held on March 12, 2013, at Lake View Memorial Park, 2786 Algoma Blvd., Oshkosh from 11:00AM till 1:00PM. Inurnment with full military honors will follow visitation.
