Obituary
William "Bill" J. Moulis, age 69, passed away with his family by his side on November 8, 2024, in Oshkosh, WI. He was born on May 24, 1955 to parents, Frank and June (Johnson) Moulis, in La Crosse, WI.
After high school he went on to La Crosse Technical College to pursue a career in technology and computers. After college, he met his love of his life, Cheryl Preuss and they married on April 1, 1978, in Hustler, WI. Together they raised two children in Poynette, near Portage, WI. Bill retired from Sainte-Gobain in 2017.
He enjoyed fishing and building model railroads and buildings stick by stick. Most of all, Bill adored spending time with his kids and grandchildren. He will be remembered for being kind, caring, easy-going and full of wonderful stories.
Bill is survived by his wife of 46 years, Cheryl Moulis; children, Jessica Moulis and Luke (Sandy) Moulis; grandchildren, Maggie, Sebastian, Padmae, Elliot, Alice, Hayden and Kipton; sister, Laurel Moulis; and several aunts, uncles and cousins in La Crosse, and a large extended family.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Frank and June (Johnson) Moulis; grandson, Paxton William John Moulis; sister, Sheryl Moulis; brother, John Moulis and other family members.
Per his wishes, no formal services will be held.
The family would like to thank the Aurora doctors, hospice and staff for all of their wonderful care.
