William "Bill" T. Vaughan, age 64, of Oshkosh, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. He was born on June 2, 1950 to the late Roger and Elvira (Girard) Vaughan. He worked for Ponderosa Pulp in Oshkosh for 30 years. Bill was known to be very handy. Everything he fixed was "Golden." Bill will be remembered for being a loving father, and "Papa."

Bill is survived by his children: Daniel Vaughan, Jessica Vaughan and Shawn Vaughan; former spouse, Jane Christl; brothers and sisters: Bob, Rose, Dottie, Kenny, Jim, Peter and Patty; significant other, Judith Bartow and her children: Jason, Josh and Jenna; and JudithÂ's 13 grandchildren.

A time of visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until a gathering to share memories of Bill at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Fox Cities Funeral and Cremation Services.
